1. Program Description

Clara Alpha is a private personal assistant project operated by Wyatt Willoughby. By opting into the Clara Alpha Messaging Service, you agree to receive automated operational reminders, system status alerts, and one-time authentication links from Wyatt Willoughby via SMS.

2. Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency will vary based on your user settings and task list. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

3. Opt-In & Opt-Out

Opt-In: Users must explicitly opt-in by providing their mobile number on their private account settings page and enabling the "Receive SMS messages" toggle. No messages will be sent without prior consent.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received the messages from. After you send the message "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. You may also disable SMS from your account settings page.

4. Privacy Policy

Wyatt Willoughby / Clara Alpha is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect your mobile number, name, and messaging history solely to provide the Clara Alpha Messaging Service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted service providers (such as Twilio) only as necessary to deliver the SMS messages. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.

5. Terms of Use & Liability

This is a private alpha test. The software is provided "as is" and may contain errors. You agree that Wyatt Willoughby is not liable for any delays in receipt of messages or failures in delivery.
